New workout routine
One of my hobbies for the past several years has been working out. I used to go 5 times a week when I was in college, but once I graduated and starting working, I no longer had the time to go that much. Once I started working, I started going to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week. I recently noticed that I hadn’t really made any real progress in several years. So I made the decision to change my routine. I changed the amount of days I go to the gym, the amount of time I work out, and the number of exercises I do.
I decided to lift weights 3 times a week and to work related muscle groups together. This should be the best use of my time and be better for muscle growth. My overall goal is to gain more muscle and more definition. I hope I can do it.
